REGISTRATION GUIDE

Below are a few guidelines we encourage you to follow to ensure your registration for ID4Africa 2017 is completed successfully:


 

Registration User Account

This registration will provide you with a user account that will be based on your email address and a password created by you. This personal user account will enable to you to modify your registration and workshop selection at any time prior to April 11, 2017.


 

Registering Other Delegates

1.       Your user account will allow you to register on behalf of other delegates who wish to attend. If you would like to register for others, please select “Add another person”, enter their details and this record will be modified under your account.


2.       By default, the system will assign you as the group liaison and you will be able to manage each account. Each new delegate added will also have access their own user account for making modifications, but will not have access to other user accounts.


3.       The password created to start your own account will become the default password for each delegate added. The password can be changed at any time through the default user account (only).


4.       Payment (if required) for group registrations will be summed and billed to the default user account which will allow one complete payment for all delegates added within the group.


 

Updating Your Registration

1.       After registering for ID4Africa 2017, we encourage you to SIGN IN to your user account immediately to make sure you confirm access, cross-check registration details, and become familiar with the changes you will be able to make within your account.


2.       All details except your name and email address, can be modified within your user account at any time before April 11, 2017. This includes your workshop selection which can be edited up until this date.
